From a young age, we learn to associate fall with the season of new beginnings. Each school year brought time to reconnect with friends, exciting new classes and the return to a stable schedule. As we transition into adulthood, we may find that this feeling toward fall remains the same. The exciting distractions of summer fade away, leaving a renewed focus on ourselves, our routines and our surroundings. When the seasons change, we naturally take the opportunity to follow suit. We grow despite the falling leaves, make the most of the waning daylight and create the harvest we need to head into the winter months.
