Loud, fun, caring and passionate. Someone who loves adventure and people and thrives on enjoying life to the max. Endless energy, family orientated and loves culture.. “ Relying upon the power of trust vs trusting the power ”.

Raising two amazing kids and being a career mummy. Very thankful to have a fantastic husband who is a super dad and loves being the stay at home parent, which allows our family to work and experience amazing destinations. Proud to work for one of the most successful hotel brands in the world.

Thoughtfulness – Being a people ’ s person this has always come naturally to me and hence why I got into travel and hospitality. Its about creating a deeper bond and connection, making every impression meaningful and count. That is why I love being a hotelier.

9

People tend to misunderstand my strong personality with having 'mood swings ’, being a complicated person and having an aggressive approach from time to time. As I take things seriously and might be different in the way I want things to be done. I set high expectations on the result of everything.

Part of my life inspiration are diversity. Being working and leave abroad, we need to respect and accept on people have different competence, coming from different cultures and education. We need to show our Hospitality from the heart is no different from level of education or experiences. Treat everyone equal, include them in their best interest and commitment.

Thoughtfulness & selflessness - Everyone have their own life story, background, and goals. Being supportive and a good listener whenever your team and friends need you. Giving honest feedback and accepting mistakes to work on imperfection. Business result not only from revenue or profit, people are over bigger investment in hospitality.

10

Being happy , contented with life, making an impact on someone ’ s life or career.

When I became a mother to two amazing kids, when I am smiling in my mind because I have defied stereotypical beliefs around me.

Selflessness – I tend to think of myself less than others , I worked to reach goals not for myself but for everybody.

The World is changing and especially after COVID and when it comes to point of the leaders ’ positions, women are having big impact on the future business. Time when everyone used to tell the female leaders to be more like men has passed, and now the rest can learn from female leaders. Female leaders focus on building trust, they are who put people first and demonstrate qualities like warmth and meaningful support. Probably, that ’ s correct time for us to shine even more . When it comes to greatest lesson.. There are ways to turn self - doubt into a positive, constructive thing. As a normal woman, I do have doubts and sometimes very often, however, it makes me work harder and instead of ignoring my self - doubts, use them to enable reflection and become better leaders.

Honestly, I cannot even recall such a question. In general, I have a feeling that people ask me the questions because they know that I can give the answer and if I cannot give it on the spot, I will find someone who can give the answer. I don ’ t like to leave the questions without any response (it might happen) but probably, why F&B and not any other field is the most frequent question.

12

Strict limits to choose one, I always thought that Selflessness would not bring good results in terms of my personal perceptions and it ’ s even more harmful in my case as I don ’ t have these “ edges ” of Selflessness. Nevertheless, I do believe that it needs to come as link and in my case it ’ s always with Respect. Respect to the work which is done by other people, and it doesn ’ t matter by whom, when and where. Few years ago, I broke the leg by coincidence and off course it was wrong time in terms of the operation in the hotel. After 10 days being out of the operation, I could not deal with this anymore, especially that SPIEF supposed to start in next 3 days. My Team has developed the “ escape ” plan for me, and I appeared at work back of the house. Probably, someone would say that it was not correct decision from my side, however knowing the level of business during SPIEF and having the respect to the Team for all their efforts. Assume that I was useless in terms of the operation, but we were taking with smile any stressful situations, finding fast solutions and SPIEF was like one day event at the end.
