INGREDIENTS: • 1 cup frozen strawberries • 1/4 cup frozen raspberries • 1/4 cup blueberries • ½ – 1 small beet frozen

Haley graduated from Western Carolina’s Physical Therapy School in 2024 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. She began her career working in an assisted living facility before joining Kinect Physiotherapy in 2025. She has experience treating a wide range of patients, from pediatric to geriatric, with orthopedic, musculoskeletal conditions, neurologic disorders, and chronic pain issues. A native of NC, she enjoys swimming, spending time outdoors, and being with her family, friends, and her dog, Oakley.
