Move More Jersey is a initiative by Jersey Sport, dedicated to getting more people, more active, more often. By offering accessible, inclusive programmes for people of all ages and abilities, Move More Jersey helps improve both physical fitness and mental wellbeing. At the heart of the initiative is Move More Ability, a strand specifically designed for islanders and visitors with disabilities or mobility challenges. Move More Ability includes a diverse schedule of regular activities — from adapted exercise classes and guided walks to Boccia matches and inclusive cycling — all delivered in a welcoming, supportive environment. Their goal is to break down the barriers many face in becoming active, creating pathways for progression, enjoyment, and community connection. To take part in Move More Ability, you start by completing the online registration form via the Move More Jersey website. Once your information is submitted, the Move More Jersey team will contact you to confirm your booking and guide you through the next steps.
