This ground floor, multipurpose arts space in a brutalist building hosts visual arts, dance, music, drama, film, and poetry. Alongside exhibitions, it serves as a creative hub for projects, lectures, meetings, and networking throughout the year. Accessible features include a stairlift, ramp, level access, wheelchair–friendly facilities, and an accessible toilet, making it suitable for visitors with limited mobility and wheelchair users.
