Access to the exhibitions and the Castle Mount is very limited. There is a wheelchair available to borrow on-site, plus accessible toilets, hearing loops and ‘Take a Break’ sensory bags are available. It is advised to contact the castle kiosk in advance to ensure that transport on their amphibious vehicle is available. There are two wheelchairs availabe to use at the Visitor Centre. Experience real-life adventure games in Jersey War Tunnels’ amazing Escape Rooms. You will have to find clues, break codes, solve puzzles and find the key to your freedom. The Escape Rooms are level and suitable for wheelchair users. Jersey War Tunnels has a limited number of wheelchairs available free of charge. Alternatively, they have a limited number of mobility scooters for hire, at a fee.
