SCRIPT IDEA Frustration

During the holiday rush, one of our agents admitted they were feeling completely drained. They were closing out the year on autopilot — and realized they’d lost sight of why they started in real estate at all.” Reflection We talked through it, and it wasn’t about workload — it was about clarity. Somewhere between Q4 targets, client events, and family commitments, their purpose had gotten buried. Rediscovery Stepping into a culture that prioritizes connection and support — especially this time of year — helped them reset. Surrounded by people who encourage reflection, gratitude, and growth, they found their ‘why’ again. Call to Action If the holidays have you feeling stretched thin or disconnected from your purpose, take a moment to reflect. And if you want a community that helps you realign and step into the new year with clarity, reach out. I’m here.

BEST PRACTICES

BE CONSISTENT Show up regularly—even once or twice a week—to stay top-of- mind. Consistency builds momentum, reinforces your personal brand, and signals that you’re active and engaged. FOLLOW THE 80/20 RULE Keep 80% of your content focused on value—culture, inspiration, education, and real moments. Reserve 20% for direct recruiting messages. USE CLEAR CALLS TO ACTION Tell your audience what to do next. Ask them to comment, message you, or watch your video. Simple CTAs boost engagement and position you as a proactive leader.

BE YOURSELF Use the suggested copy as a guide, but let your voice and personality shine through. Authentic, natural moments always outperform perfection. KEEP YOUR VIDEOS SIMPLE No need for special equipment or flawless lighting. Real, in-the-moment videos resonate most. ENGAGE WITH YOUR COMMENTS Reply to comments to show you’re present and approachable. Engagement builds trust—and strengthens your performance in the algorithm.

PITFALLS TO AVOID INCONSISTENT POSTING Long gaps hurt credibility. Maintain a steady posting rhythm— even once a week makes a difference. IGNORING REPUTATION MANAGEMENT Unaddressed negative comments can undermine recruiting. Take a moment to collect yourself, then

LISTING OVERLOAD Limit back-to-back “Just Sold” or “For Sale” posts. Focus on content that educates, inspires, and adds value. GENERIC CONTENT Skip templated posts with no local relevance. Personalize your content so it truly connects with your community. CONTROVERSIAL POSTS Avoid divisive or unprofessional topics. Protect your credibility by keeping your tone respectful and aligned with your brand.

FILMING 1. PRIORITIZE CLEAR, STABLE FRAMING Hold the phone vertically for social Keep the camera at eye level—this immediately builds trust and credibility. Use a tripod, prop your phone or ask your Agent Concierge to film Leave a little space above your head (the “headroom zone”) for a polished look. 2. MAKE LIGHTING WORK FOR YOU Face a window or soft light source—never put the light behind you. Avoid overhead lighting that casts unflattering shadows. If filming in the evening, use a ring light or lamp positioned directly in front of you for even lighting.

3. KEEP AUDIO CLEAN AND STRONG Film in a quiet room—turn off fans, avoid echoey spaces.

Stand closer to the phone so your voice is crisp. If possible, use a plug-in or Bluetooth mic, but it’s not required—your phone mic is enough if you’re close.

& EDITING

EDITING DOS & DON’TS Keep Cuts Tight and Purposeful: Trim out pauses, “ums,” and long transitions. Use Smooth, Minimal Transitions: Stick to simple transitions like Cross Dissolve or Fade. Avoid flashy effects: They distract from your message and reduce professionalism. Use simple captions: Black and white captions with a simple font are best and easily readable.

EDITS (by Meta)

Download Edits (by Meta) from your app store, and login with your Facebook (or IG) account. Edit your video on your phone Post directly to Facebook from the App Save your login and share it with your Agent Concierge for editing support (They have to use your account) All projects auto-save

Export at Highest Quality: Export at 1080p, 30fps or 4K if your phone supports it. Higher quality boosts platform performance and keeps your content crisp.
