FILMING 1. PRIORITIZE CLEAR, STABLE FRAMING Hold the phone vertically for social Keep the camera at eye level—this immediately builds trust and credibility. Use a tripod, prop your phone or ask your Agent Concierge to film Leave a little space above your head (the “headroom zone”) for a polished look. 2. MAKE LIGHTING WORK FOR YOU Face a window or soft light source—never put the light behind you. Avoid overhead lighting that casts unflattering shadows. If filming in the evening, use a ring light or lamp positioned directly in front of you for even lighting.
3. KEEP AUDIO CLEAN AND STRONG Film in a quiet room—turn off fans, avoid echoey spaces.
Stand closer to the phone so your voice is crisp. If possible, use a plug-in or Bluetooth mic, but it’s not required—your phone mic is enough if you’re close.
