Facilities must maintain thorough records of stormwa- ter monitoring, inspections, and other relevant data. Reg- ular reporting to regulatory agencies is often required to demonstrate compliance with NPDES permit conditions. Plants should consult with local regulatory agencies or environmental consultants to understand and comply with specific stormwater requirements in their area. Effective stormwater discharge management is essen- tial to protect the environment and comply with regulatory requirements. Box plants can minimize their environmen- tal impact and ensure compliance with stormwater regu- lations by obtaining NPDES permits, developing SWPPPs, and maintaining proper inspection and reporting proce- dures. These efforts are essential for regulatory compli- ance, sustainability, and environmental responsibility in the industry.
