Fluke PRV240 Proving Unit The Fluke PRV240 Proving Unit is a portable, pocket-sized, battery-powered voltage source It is unique in that it sources stable AC and DC voltages for both LoZ and HiZ instruments • Sources both AC and DC steady-state voltage — supplies 240 V DC/AC • A single LED indicates functionality, making this unit a simple-to-use solution for verification of your test tool • Compatible with both high impedance or low impedance multimeters, clamp meters or two pole testers • Voltage is sourced through recessed contacts that are activated when tested probes are inserted to avoid accidental contact • Includes Magnetic Hanging Strap • Long battery life - 5,000 tests per set of four AA batteries • One year warranty Fluke PRV240FS Proving Unit The Fluke PRV240FS Proving Unit is specifically built to prove the functionality of the FieldSense™ measurement on the Fluke T6 Electrical Testers It also provides AC and DC voltages for other HiZ instruments in your tool box • Reduces the risk of shock and arc flash by validating the functionality of test tools without placing yourself in a potentially hazardous electrical environment • Can prove functionality of the FieldSense™ measurement on the T6 Electrical Testers • Sources both AC and DC steady-state voltage — supplies 240 V DC/AC • A single switch and a set of LEDs indicate functionality of both the FieldSense™ “no-test-lead” voltage measurement capability, plus standard AC and DC measurements with test leads • Compatible with high impedance multimeters or clamp meters • Voltage is sourced through a central hub designed to test the T6 FieldSense™ open fork, as well as through recessed contacts that are activated when test probes are inserted to avoid accidental contact • Long battery life - 2,000 tests per set of four AA batteries • One year warranty
