Christopher Gordos, DPT, COMT, is a physical therapist for Integrated Medical Group Physical Therapy (IMG PT) located in Fleetwood, PA. Prior to teaming up with Practice Promotions, Christopher recognized the importance of marketing the right message to patients. “Our biggest challenge was trying to streamline and coordinate our print materials, along with our website and social media to be offering a consistent message that is across all platforms.” In December of 2021, IMG PT leveled up to the Ultimate Marketing System and has seen consistent growth month-to-month since! In their first three months on the plan, Chris has already had to hire additional staff to assist with their amazing patient growth. “Our past five weeks have been the busiest weeks we have ever had. We hired a new therapist in October to prepare for the increase in marketing.” A total of 155 new and reactivated patients have been seen by Chris and his staff since joining, but he recognizes that to continue to grow, you also need to invest in more marketing: “Marketing statistics show you need to spend 10% of your revenue to continue to grow,” he says. “With all of the current challenges with health care reimbursement cuts and the merging/acquiring spree of large hospitals and corporations of referral sources and peers, growth is at a premium. I am more willing to take that leap of faith with increased marketing expenses with companies and businesses that specialize in physical therapy.”
