BAKED BURRATA AND MARINARA SAUCE DIP • 1 baguette, sliced into 1” pieces • 1 tbsp. olive oil • 2 c. marinara sauce • 6 oz. fresh burrata cheese • ½ tsp. red pepper flakes
1. Preheat the oven to 400° F. 2. Brush the bread with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. 3. In an oven-safe dish, add the marinara sauce. Place the burrata in the center of the dish and sprinkle with red pepper flakes. 4. Bake the bread and dip for 7-8 minutes, until the sauce is bubbling at the edges and the bread is golden brown. 5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
