CHOICE: 4% of the purchase price or a maximum of $12,500 in assistance for applicants or their family members living with a disability
STANDARD: 3.5% of the purchase price or a maximum of $10,000 in assistance for all other eligible homebuyers

• Max liquid assets of no more than $20,000 or 20% of the sales price, whichever is greater • First-time and repeat homebuyers
