The Coolest Fest in the Southwest Staying in El Paso this holiday season? Then you can’t go wrong with our city’s annual Winterfest! Branded as “the coolest fest in the southwest,” this nearly two-month festival is open through Jan. 6. Take your sweetheart ice skating at The Hospitals of Providence Ice Skating Rink, or step inside a winter wonderland at the hospital’s inflatable snow globe.
