with 466 apartments and New York Square in Leeds with over 515 apartments. All Design and Build specifically for the BTR market, other projects currently in progress include New Garden Square, Birmingham, a mixed-use project to deliver a 392-home neighbourhood, Leeds Soyo with 331 apartments and Preston Park Brighton with 229 apartments for Federated Hermes. In the design pipeline is Great Charles Street, Birmingham, a mixed-use project to deliver a 722-home neighbourhood and the ‘Gas Works’ in York with 615 homes and 450,000sqft logistics facility in Dublin for a leading international clothing retailer. Most recently, and appropriate to the ambitious plans that Tate Consulting has for its new Belfast Office, is the MODA Waterside commission in Belfast to deliver 500 homes at the site of the former Sirocco Works.
