involved in the business alongside her son, Mr Kirk Alderdice, who joined in 2004. “After graduating from University I came on board as a member of staff and went on to become a Director, but I’ve been a part of this place since I was a child,” said Kirk. “I worked in the timber shed during my teenage years, then the yard and shop, so I know this business inside out!” Younger brother Scott recently joined the firm after University to head up customer service in the builders yard.
