4th Estate DACM Announces Leadership and Talent Management Portfolio The 4th Estate Director, Acquisition Career Management, announces new rollout of the Leadership and Talent Man- agement Portfolio. In 202 5 , the Office of the 4th Estate DACM added 10 additional classes for its Defense Acqui- sition Workforce on the most recent topics from differing defense acquisition strategies. New Force Structure Costing Training Course Bill Kobren DAU’s Business-Cost Estimating colleagues have deployed a new BCE 0100 Force Structure Costing training course. This new online training course outlines the definition, purpose, and utility of DoD Force Structure Costing techniques used in the Business-Cost Estimating functional area. Trust is the foundation of strong professional relationships and effective teamwork, especially in government settings. New Intellectual Property for Product Support Toolkit Published Shawn Harrison

The Office of the Secretary of Defense Intellectual Property Cadre has published its Life Cycle Product Support Planning: Intellectual Property (IP) for Product Support (PS) Toolkit. The toolkit, created in collaboration with the Office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense for Product Sup- port and multidisciplinary subject matter experts from the DoD Components, is designed to serve as both a training resource as well as a practitioner’s desk reference.
