NEW OWNERS RECEPTION Monday, February 12 4PM Owners Lounge This Wine and Cheese reception will be held in the Owners Lounge at 4p.m. on Monday February 12. We have listened to the past feedback and what new owners wanted was a chance to mingle with other new owners. In the past they felt overwhelmed by all the information we tried to pack into the reception and have moved some of that information gathering such as Committee Chair introductions to our Lunch and Learn sessions. We will introduce the Board, General Manager and Activities Director. New owners will be introduced phase by phase and we will take a group photo. We want to leave plenty of time for you to meet other new owners and create lifelong friendships. If you are a new owner in the past two years and have not attended a reception before, please consider this your invitation. We will be sending out invitations to our list of 2017 new owners and realize that some owners who purchased in 2016
SUNDAY FEB 18 Mark Sunday February 18 as the day to get to know your neighbors. Each
year the Communications Committee hosts a picnic in each phase. Owners, renters and guests are all invited and the event is as different as the phase you are in. Most are potluck affairs with the focus on fun and getting to know each other. All you do is bring a dish to share, your lawn chair and your sense of humor! One phase hosts our local high school, Cathedral City High, musical group. Flyers and notices will be going out the first week in February as to what your phase representatives have planned for your phase. This is one event you don’t want to miss!!!
