BLUEBERRY-POMEGRANATE SMOOTHIE (not diabetes-friendly)
¾ cup fresh blueberries 1 cup 100% pomegranate juice 1 cup baby spinach or kale leaves ⅓ cup nonfat plain yogurt 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon soaked chia seeds (optional) ¾ cup crushed ice Ingredients 3
Instructions
1. Place blueberries, pomegranate juice, spinach, yogurt, and honey in a blender. 2. Add chia seeds (if desired), ice, and ½ cup cold water. 3. Cover and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
