STRING BEANS WITH GARLIC
1 tablespoon of olive oil 12 ounces, or 2 cups, string beans, trimmed and washed 2 garlic cloves, chopped 2 tablespoons water 1 dash salt Ingredients
Instructions
1. Heat oil in a large skillet over low to medium heat. 2. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes. Be sure the garlic doesn’t burn. 3. Add the beans, water, and salt. Stir, lower heat, and cook covered for 20 minutes. 4. Serve hot.
