Our Featured Artist: Lin Lucas is a multidisciplinary artist and educator, tracing his own spiral path of discovery. He holds space for others at the crossroads where creativity, culture, and a passion for positive transformation occur. His art centers the

comics, and coordinates outreach programming. He will soon be joining the Drawing Fundamentals team, and in June 2025 is scheduled to teach youth in their Art of Summer immersion. Learn more about Lin at www.earthseedrising.com.

The Drawing Studio is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, creative learning organization that brings art and the benefits of creating art to the entire community. The Drawing Studio offers affordable fee-based and free classes and workshops, hosts events and exhibits, and fosters awareness of the positive effects of creativity on individuals. The mission is to inspire people of all ages and backgrounds to embrace art practice as a pathway to personal growth and a healthy community. PCOA and The Drawing Studio proudly partner to feature original work by older artists in Pima County in Never Too Late , celebrating and showcasing the creativity of older adults in our community. Lin Lucas

Lin launched Earthseed Rising in 2023 as a platform for his ancestral lineage healing practice and a collaborative hub for others whose creative practices are explored through a restorative lens. He joined The Drawing Studio as a teacher in 2024 where he teaches collage art,
