FOOD SAFETY YEAR OF ACCELERATION In addition to automation start-ups, Western Growers is working with the Center for Produce Safety and the Yuma Center of Excellence for Desert Agriculture to support food safety start-ups through field trials and by raising grower awareness of the latest food safety innovations.
