ENHANCING THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
We launched our newly redesigned WGAT website in June to provide our members convenient access to resources, forms and answers to frequently asked questions. We’ve also made it easier for plan participants, employers and providers to conveniently access our online portals directly from the website. WGAT health ID cards have been revised, effective 01/01/2022, to make it easier to read for plan participants and providers. The revised health ID cards include additional cost-sharing details, such as deductible and out-of- pocket maximum amounts. We have enhanced our Cedar Network provider directory to allow members to conveniently select providers based on their specific needs. The online provider directories now include new search categories, such as languages spoken and digital contact information.
