Delegate Body Members of the Delegate Body will vote on proposed bylaws amendments, the 2017 NYSAR Directors and the proposed 2017 Statement of Policy. Board of Directors The Board of Directors will hear committee reports, vote on the 2017 proposed budget and any new business that comes before it. NYSAR New Board of Director Training If you are a new NYSAR director, please plan to attend this mandatory session. Regional Caucuses Participate in your regional caucus, facilitated by the Regional Vice President (RVP), to discuss the committee meetings attended throughout the week in preparation for Wednesday’s Board of Directors Meeting. Fair Housing & Cultural Diversity Committee Hear a panel discussion led by Lorraine Collins, director of fair and equitable housing at the NYS Homes & Community Renewal. Legislative Policy Forum The morning after the first presidential debate, Bob Bellafiore and Steve Greenberg will assess the state of the political landscape at the national level and here in New York State. The Capital Tonight “Insiders” will discuss the most unique presidential race in our lifetimes, future control of the United States Senate and House and closer to home, Chuck Schumer, Wendy Long and Preet Bharara’s favorite subjects – the elected officials in New York State and New York City.
