Bunkhouse offers a 401(k) plan to all regularemployees so that they may supplement their Social Security or other retirement income. This plan allowsemployees to deferpart of their salary on a Roth or tax-deferred basis to a 401(k) retirement account.
Bunkhouse matches 50% of the employee contribution, up to a maximum of 2% of their gross wages. The vesting schedule is based on tenure and is provided below. Being fully vested means that you keep the en- tire companymatching contributionwhen you leave employmentor requesta distributionof funds.
