Then He will fill your life with victory, joy, service, and continual growth into His likeness. A Famous Organ-Maker Speaks M. P. Moller, veteran American organ- builder, reminded his hearers of the place o f the organ in worship as he>addressed the American Guild o f Organists at the organization’s convention in Pittsburgh, Pa. The August issue o f the 'American Organist refers to Dr. Moller as the indi vidual “whose name is carried on more organs than is any other name—Organs ranging all the way from the truly great organ in West Point Cadet Chapel, one of the two largest church organs in the world, down to the latest development in the or gan world, the miniature portable unit only recently announced.” Dr. Moller is quoted by the American Organist as saying to the Guild: “Your organization is the most honored o f the musical profession. You help to form the religious and spiritual atmosphere in your community . . . . Not only is the organ adapted for church worship, but . . . be side the altar in every home should be an organ. From Genesis, the first book of the Bible, bn through time, the background and history o f the organ and the great master organists stand out as shining lights, and are a most interesting study.” A picture of the Moller portable pipe organ appears on page 393.

Have you definitely broken with the old life and burned the bridges over which it would be easy to slip back into the old ways and sins? The Lord will not do for you the things you can do for yourself. Do not try to live a half-hearted Christian life, but surrender yourself entirely to God and take your stand as an out-and-out Chris tian, separated from the world. A child learning to walk may stumble and fall) but he gets up and starts out again. His mother does not disclaim him, but is ready to encourage and help him to learn to walk. Such loving patience mothers have! Is your heavenly Father any less considerate o f you? When you have fallen into sin, you do not lie there and think there is no use in trying to live a Christian life, do you, instead of looking to your Lord for forgiveness and deliver ance? Confess the;'sin quickly to Him, claiming 1 John 1 :9, and turn resolutely
Dear Miss Scott: I am feeling so discouraged in my Chris tian life that I must come to some one for help. I have been a Christian for nearly four years—or thought I was. I know I was happy in Jesus, but I seem to have failed miserably and I do many things I know I should not do. I often wonder whether I ever was really saved, and many times I feel as if I might as well give up. I have lost my joy. It seems as if I would have been kept from going back into the old life and ways if I truly had been born again. Can you help me ?— M ise r a b l e . My Dear: If you doubt your salvation, why not go to your knees and stay there until you know on the authority o f God’s Word that He has forgiven you and saved you and that you are His child? It is the trick of the enemy of souls to seek to make us doubt our salvation. Take your stand on the W ord of God and not on your feelings. The Word says: “For sin shall not have
