Skate Admission Standards We want everyone to be safe and have fun when they come skating. Please note the following: • All participants must wear skates while on the ice for safety. • Caregivers without skates must supervise from off the ice. • Assistive devices (ie: chairs or pylons) are NOT allowed on the ice, skate aids are provided. • Accessibility strollers or wheelchairs are allowed on the ice, provided that the wheels are clean. Persons accompanying someone in an accessible stroller or wheelchair sledge must wear skates and be able to skate. • Sports equipment (sticks, rings or pucks) is NOT allowed on the ice. • It is recommended that children wear a CSA approved helmet and face cage. • Some Community Skates may be cancelled due to tournaments, PA days or special events.
