HOW WE GOT STARTED In 1999, after 30 years of investment advising, Mike White accidentally ventured into real estate by purchasing a single duplex. This marked the beginning of White Properties. Initially a side project, he transitioned into real estate full-time in 2012. Over the years, White Properties expanded its portfolio from one duplex to 500 doors. In 2021, they sold 400 doors, and now, the White family, with their shared vision and dedication, owns/ manages 325 doors, including two new luxury developments in Nash.
