ABOUT US I am Chef Jeffrey Loving, known to many as “Cheffrey.” I have owned Chef on the Run since 2009 and have been a prominent caterer and private chef in the Four States area for 20 years, but I have been in the industry for 30 years. I’ve been honored with the Four States Living Magazine “Best of Texarkana” award ten times. I’ve also had the pleasure of owning and operating Brick House Burger, the Fillin’ Station Grill, and Twisted Fork, and I played a key role in building and opening Timothy’s Gourmet Grill. I specialize in personalized catering for weddings, birthdays, and private dinners, crafting customized menus for any occasion.
