COMMUNITY AND JUSTICE SERVICES - K Land a rewarding career in law enforcement, border security, corrections, and more. Gain intensive experience and apply hands-on learning techniques to solve real world problems. Skill sets in cultural competence, effective communication, adaptability, problem solving, and critical thinking will be honed to help you succeed. Enjoy courses such as criminology, criminal and civil law, and intervention strategies. This program is one of the first offering career training for correctional and community justice. Come join the legacy. Career Opportunities: Correctional facilities, youth facilities, schools, private and corporate security, Department of National Defence, law enforcement, treatment facilities.

POLICE FOUNDATIONS – K, C, O Every thriving community depends on the efficiency and expertise of its law enforcement teams. This program will prepare you with a number of courses like Fitness and Lifestyle Management, Conflict Management, and Community Mobilization, and give you the edge you’ll need to land a job in this exciting field. From criminology to the criminal code, you’ll have the knowledge and know-how to keep neighbourhoods safe all while pursuing a noble career. Note: This program is also offered part-time (online) and in Fast-Track delivery. Career Opportunities: Policing services, Canada Border Services, Military Police, Ministry of Transportation, private/corporate security, correctional facilities.
