and assisting with and encouraging undergraduate chapters to recruit and market the fraternity, which leads to an increase in membership and fi- nancial viability required to operate at the National, Provincial, and Local levers of the Fraternity. The history of the fraternity, its objectives, and the Constitution and Statutes cover every spectrum of what the Founders imagined and serve as the foundation and fundamental purpose for the Undergraduate Chap- ter Advisors to use in their efforts to develop members with an inherent set of qualities, which are necessary for developing outstanding character, leadership skills, and life-long involvement with the fraternity. The Chapter Advisors’ Training Cluster stands at the heart of ensuring that each member of the Cluster strives to work creatively and diligently to attain market prominence and achieve optimal membership through progressive recruitment and retention efforts that support the Fraternity’s Strategic Plan, Fundamental Purpose, Objectives, Vision, and Core Val- ues of the 34 th Administration.
