CELEBRATING HERITAGE October marks a time of vibrant celebration at Lincoln Hospital as we honor the many cultural heritages that define our workforce. Our staff’s diversity is a powerful reflection of the community we serve in the Bronx, creating an environment where patients can find comfort and familiarity. This diversity is not just a source of pride; it’s a cornerstone of quality patient care and improved outcomes. Crucially, being culturally aware and sensitive of others—whether staff or patient— fosters trust, enhances communication, and promotes a sense of safety.
