This marks the first time in the hospital’s history that the response rate has crossed the 70% threshold, reflecting an unprecedented level of staff engagement and commitment. Gathering comprehensive employee feedback is vital for the hospital’s success. The survey provides leadership with essential, unfiltered insights into the operational culture, resource needs, and areas for improvement.
