Ben Franklin Honor Society The Ben Franklin Honor Society of Printing Indus- tries of America (PIA) formally inducted seven indus- try leaders at its reception and awards ceremony on November 10 at the Embassy Golf Resort & Spa Hotel in Concord, North Carolina. Inductees included Daniel Adkison,Wright Business Graphics; Marina Poropat Joyce, INEZ D; David Ol- berding, Phototype ; Dennis Pottebaum, Print Ser- vices & Distribution Association; Jacob Shaffer, McCormick-Armstrong; Regina Testa, PIA Board of Di- rectors; and Bradley Thompson, Inland Press. Solutions, Inc. of Greensboro, North Carolina, has been elected Chairman of the Board of Printing Industries of America (PIA) and its Foundation. The installation ceremony took place on November 12 at PIA’s Fall Administrative meetings held in Charlotte, North Carolina. Other Officers elected on the PIA Board include: First Vice Chairman — Michael S. Wurst; Henry Wurst, Inc., Kansas City, Missouri. Second Vice Chairman — Paul L. Cousineau; Dow Jones & Company, Inc., Princeton, New Jersey. Secretary to the Board — Michael M. Marcian; Cor- porate Communications Group, Lanham, Maryland. Treasurer — John E. LeCloux;WS Packaging Group, Green Bay,Wisconsin. Past Chairman of the Board — Curt A. Kreisler; Gold Star Printers, Miami, Florida. Additional board members elected include Lana Siewert-Olson, Ideal Printers, St. Paul, Minnesota; Jim R. Russell, New Direction Partners, Lansing, Michigan; and Michael Peluso, Shawmut Communications Group, Danvars, Massachusetts.
