Measure Magazine, Vol. VIII

Taking inspiration from the works of Maya Angelou, this photoshoot seeks to celebrate the journey from inequality towards social justice. Dressed in layers of patchwork tapestry, sheer organza and embroidered silk, our models strike poses of constraint and liberation. The strained song of protest against injustice is echoed within Measure; we sing to break free of a cage lined with insecurity and ignorance. This is our song.
