Accounting is an important part of any business and you can find career opportunities in any industry. If your career ambition is to become a Chartered Accountant then you’ll need further training after your T Level, but you will progress with a strong foundation of knowledge and skills to build upon at university or in an apprenticeship. WHAT WILL I LEARN? Ï Fundamentals of financial accounting Develop an understanding of elementary financial principles, concepts, and practices and how this content links to relevant accounting, bookkeeping, and business mathematics requirements. Ï Professionalism & Ethics Develop an understanding of professional conduct and responsibilities in the workplace and ethical dilemmas for the individual, organisation and professional. Ï Data Driven Innovation, Analytics & Design Thinking Develop an awareness of key requirements of a data governance framework and understand the main contemporary visualisation tools and when they are best used to support decision-making.
