Freight Policy & Pricing
All orders that are less than $2,500 will have an additional $250 shipping/freight surcharge. Residential delivery with liftgate will increase freight costs by $200. Any orders with Slab Door and Drawer Fronts will ship in a fully enclosed wood crate. $150 fee is added to all freight quotes to cover the cost of the crate.

Shipping & Receiving Terms
Orders will be scheduled for manufacturing once payment has been received in full. Orders that are ready for pick up will not be held in the factory for more than 2 business days. Any cabinets held more than two days after the dealer has received notification for pick up will result in storage fees of $10/per cabinet per day. Tracking information will be provided via email the following business day after order ships. Transportation Policy If the dealer arranges his own freight the responsibility of Eurocraft Cabinetry ceases once the product is loaded onto the truck. Re-consignment/Changing the delivery address after shipping Determined per incident $150 Min; to be determined according to details Shipping Method • If an order is shipping via ground at Eurocraft Cabinetry’s expense Eurocraft Cabinetry will pay for standard ground freight only. • If an order is shipping via LTL at Eurocraft Cabinetry’s expense Eurocraft Cabinetry will pay for standard LTL freight only. IMPORTANT NOTE: When scheduling a delivery please ensure the destination can accommodate a 53' trailer. There must be room for the trailer to unload and turn around. If a 53" trailer cannot be accommodated a smaller box truck delivery can be arranged. Please make a note on your order if a smaller truck is required. Carriers will not deliver to destinations located on dirt roads. Mandatory Receiving Requirements for LTL or UPS Deliveries Step1: Check skid count (Amount of pallets) and loose piece count (Amount of loose pieces) that is listed on the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt(DR), and match it to the actual amount of pallets and loose pieces that you received. Step2: Visually check boxes for damage. IMPORTANT: If the box(s) appear to be damaged, take close-up and wide-angle photographs of the damage. Step3: YOU MUST note any damage or missing items on the carriers BOL/DR at the time of delivery. Any deliveries accepted and signed for by the customer without such notes will be considered complete and no claim can be made. Step4: Check packing slip (located on shrink wrap on outside of pallet) against the actual items on the pallet. Item numbers are located on the outside of each box. Step5: Sign the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR). Keep one copy and save it for future reference, if needed. When you sign, you are accepting that delivery is complete and has no damage unless noted on BOL/DR at the time of delivery.

If there is any boxdamage seen on the pallet take pictures of the damaged pallet and boxes and make the following note on all copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR) that says the following: “Box damage/Product Damage” Pictures of the damaged pallet/boxes must be sent within 2 business days of the delivery. Please submit the pictures along with a Freight Damage Claim form using the form at this address: https://eurocraftcabinetryfl.com/claim-forms.html within 2 business days of delivery. If any item(s) appear to be missing, list the items that are missing on all copies of the Bill of Lading (BOL)/Delivery Receipt (DR). • All orders are custom built therefore returns are not allowed. • In case of missing or damaged parts, please see Concealed Missing, Damaged or Defective Parts Policy on Policies and Procedures document. *IF THE PICK UP LIST OR BILL OF LADING IS SIGNED WITH NO NOTES REGARDING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS, NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS. Mandatory Receiving Requirements for Warehouse pick-up Step1: It is the responsibility of the customer to inspect all product(s) to verify all items are present and free of visible damage prior to loading vehicles of unassembled and assembled products. Step3: Check pick-up list against the actual items and quantity prior to loading your vehicles. Item numbers are located on the outside of each box. Step4: Customers are responsible for loading their own vehicles. If you arrive in a “Dock Height” truck, we will load the truck with a fork lift at no charge. If you need assistance for hand loading there will be a $100.00 additional charge. Step5: If something is incorrect or missing, notify the warehouse manager. Step6: Sign the pick-up list. *IF THE PICK UP LIST OR BILL OF LADING IS SIGNED WITH NO NOTES REGARDING DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS, NO CLAIM CAN BE MADE FOR ANY DAMAGE OR MISSING ITEMS.

Sample Kit and Display Program
Sample Kit and Display Program Eurocraft complete sample set consists of 31 color block samples with a solid wood display case. See picture below - Dealer cost $140.00 plus freight *Sample sets will be refunded in the form of a credit once the dealer has spent $1,500 on product purchases – shipping cost will not be reimbursed Color Blocks can also be ordered individually for $5.00 each. Dealers can also purchase actual door samples (size 11" Wide x 15" Tall) for $15.00 to $30.00 each depending on the door style. If dealers purchase cabinets to build a showroom display, we offer a 25% discount - see policy below. Display Rebate Program for Kitchen & Bath Cabinet Vignettes: • Showroom Displays in the form of Kitchen Vignettes will be purchased at the regular price. • When placing your order, please indicate that these cabinets are for the kitchen vignette(s). • When the vignette is installed in your showroom, please email a photo of it completely installed. • Upon receipt of the photo of the installed vignette, 25% of the cost of the cabinets used in the vignette will be applied as a credit on further orders. • In order to qualify for the above rebate - cabinets must be installed in the showroom and pictures provided within 30 days of receiving your display cabinet shipment.
