IMPORTANT: Before you come to Denmark, please make sure to get an original birth certificate and, if married, an original marriage certificate.
STEP 2 Book an appointment with ICS via SIRI to apply for an EU residence document and to register yourself fully in DK.
STEP 3 Apply for Yellow card, Nem-ID and NemKonto
STEP 4 Set up your bank account with your CPR number and yellow card
either at ICS or Borgernes Hus.
STEP 3 Apply online for the special health card
STEP 2 (Before arrival)
STEP 4 Set up your bank account with your tax number and get a NemKonto.
(“saerligt sundhedskort”) via Udbetaling Danmark Please do not apply before you have received your tax number from step 2.
Apply for a tax number and a tax card online at SKAT.
STEP 3 (STEP 2 & 3 CAN BE DONE AT SAME TIME) Apply for a tax card online at SKAT or ICS centre
STEP 2 Register at the local citizen service or ICS centre for your social security card.
