Nova Scotia does not currently have other restaurants cooking over an open fire of this size and outdoors, so this will be an exclusive experience offered at Fossil Farms. “You can really watch and interact with our chef while he’s cooking,” he continued. “Brad can explain while he’s cooking where he got the ingredients and why he chose them. It will be a unique dining experience.”
Dean Robertson looks forward to expanding the business and having more land in the future for other projects. He revealed that there was recently a purchase of land about 15 minutes farther out that has a beautiful landscape and lots of area for walking trails. “There are old wood roads that have been grown over that create a unique walking trail.
