THE SHERARD BUILDING, OXFORD SCIENCE PARK Bidwells’ client, Oxford Science Enterprises, entered into a 5-year sub lease with Exact Sciences Innovation. Exact took the first and second floors totalling 12,692 sq ft of fitted office and laboratory space. 5-year sub-lease with break at Yr 2.5 between Bidwells’ client, Oxford Sciences Innovation and T-Cypher Bio Limited. 7,300 sq ft of Fitted Labs and Offices Completed May 2021

ZEUS BUILDING, HARWELL SCIENCE AND INNOVATION CAMPUS Bidwell’s client, The Harwell Science & Innovation Campus Limited Partnership, entered into a 10-year lease with Vaccitech (the vaccine company behind the AstraZeneca Covid vaccine). The five units total 31,000 sq ft of new office and laboratory space. An additional 10-year lease for three other units (30,000 sq ft) completed in November 2021 between Harwell and Astroscale.

UNITS 1-3 GENESIS BUILDING, HARWELL SCIENCE AND INNOVATION CAMPUS Bidwell’s client, Kadans Science Partner, Bidwell’s client, The Harwell Science & Innovation Campus Limited Partnership, entered into a 10-year lease with Oxford Nanopore. The three units total 22,600 sq ft of new office and laboratory space.

UNITS 29 & 30 THE QUADRANT, ABINGDON SCIENCE PARK Bidwell’s client, Kadans Science Partner, entered into a 10-year lease with Sense Biodetection Limited. Units 29 & 30 at the new ‘Science Quadrant’ on the Abingdon Science Park comprises 9,895 sq ft of new office and laboratory space. l
