BV Seasonal Camper Policies - 2024

Guests of Seasonal Campers: ● Blackhawk Valley Seasonal Campers are allowed 3 Guest reservations of up to 7 nights per season. ● Campsite Rate: $70/night. ● Park Models-Weekday Rate: $114/night. Weekend Rate: $139/night. ● For all guest reservations, there is a $30 per reservation fee. ● Guests utilizing day use privileges may utilize the resort from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. ● Guests are only permitted at a Resort in the presence of the Blackhawk Valley Seasonal camper. Day use guests must register with Security. ● Guest policies, reservation procedures and rates may change at the sole discretion of Venture Out Resorts without notice. ● Blackhawk Valley Seasonal campers are responsible for the conduct of their guests. ● Guests may not camp or use Resort facilities on more than one Seasonal Site per calendar year. Campers are restricted to a maximum of 3 Guest reservations per calendar year. ● Blackhawk Valley Seasonal campers may invite guests. Guest reservations for a campsite can be made one (1) month in advance prior to arrival date (Major holidays and special events reservations are excluded) ○ Current observed holidays and special events: Memorial Day, designated Fourth of July weekends, Labor Day weekend, designated Halloween weekends and other Company sponsored special weekends. ● Guest reservations must be made in conjunction with Blackhawk Valley Seasonal campers staying on Resort property ● Guests cannot arrive before or depart after the Blackhawk Valley Seasonal campers ● If a guest reservation is changed or canceled seven (7) days prior to arrival date, the Guest will not incur a fee. If a reservation is changed or canceled between 4-6 days prior to arrival date, the Guest will be charged a $25 fee. If a reservation is changed, canceled or the reservation holder no-shows three (3) days prior to arrival date, the Guest will be charged a $50 fee. ● Venture Out Resorts reserves the right to move a site reservation to another site for operational purposes when necessary. ● The Guest reservation holder may not leave the campsite unattended for more than one (1) 24-hour period. In the event of an emergency, you must notify Security of your intended absence. If you are suspected to have left the Resort for more than one (1) 24- hour period, you may receive a red tag on your RV door. If the red tag is not returned to Security within a 24-hour period, you may forfeit the remainder of your reservation.

Camp Site Usage ● Campsite check-in: 3 p.m. – 11 p.m. ● Campsite check-out: Noon (12 p.m.) on the last day of the reservation

● There is a maximum of ten (10) people allowed per campsite/reservation regardless of age. More than ten (10) persons will require additional reservations for overnight usage. ● Two (2) vehicles are allowed on each site.
