Townhome sales, at 26, were 18% above last month and 53% above December 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 84% in December, as Burnaby North’s townhome segment remained in a seller’s market. The benchmark price in December was up 1.1% month-over-month, to $751,000, and was 4% above December 2019. The average sold price was $746,915 in December, (5% below November) while the average PSF sales price was $551 (decreasing 1.6%).
