Detached sales decreased by 38% month-over- month, to 24, but rose by 14% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 23%, as Burnaby South’s detached market reflected seller’s market conditions. The benchmark price in December was $1.58M, 0.4% above the previous month and a 6% increase vs last year. The average sold price for detached homes was $1.79M, 6% higher month-over-month and 1.6% higher year-over-year.
