The number of condo listings in Burnaby South, at 320, decreased 26% month-over-month but were 40% above last year. December’s condo sales, at 99, were 8% above last month and 14% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 31% in December, as Burnaby South’s condo segment remained a seller’s market. The condo benchmark price in December was $655,500, down 0.4% from November but 0.7% higher vs December 2019. The average sold price was $630,572 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $732 (up 6% and down 1.3%, respectively, vs November).
