There were 62 townhome listings in Coquitlam in December, 32% below November but 1.6% above December 2019. The 60 townhome sales in December were up 9% vs last month and 88% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 97% as Coquitlam’s townhome market remained in seller’s market territory. The townhome benchmark price in December was $708,000, 0.9% above November and 7% higher vs December 2019. The average sold price was $805,925 with an aver- age PSF sales price of $514 (down 4% and up 2%, respectively, vs November).
