Detached listings in Langley (at 222) were 33% below November and 40% lower than in December 2019. Month-over-month detached sales decreased 31% in December (to 120) but were 41% higher year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 54%, as Langley’s detached market remained in seller’s market territory. December’s detached benchmark price of $1.14M was 1.9% above November and 14% higher vs December 2019. The average sold price was $1.48M, a 1.9% decrease from November but 31% higher year-over-year.
