The number of condo listings in Richmond decreased by 24% month-over-month (to 587), but increased by 14% vs December 2019. The number of condo sales decreased by 1.3% vs November (to 154) but rose 10% vs December 2019. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 26%, as Richmond’s condo market transitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $652,600 in December, 0.1% above November and 3% higher vs December 2019. The average sold price was $567,129 (down 1.0% vs November) while the average PSF sales price was $687 (7% above November).
