Month-over-month, condo sales increased by 16% in December (to 364), while year-over-year sales increased by 41%. Rising to 29%, the sales-to-listings ratio transitioned to seller’s market territory. December’s condo benchmark price of $759,700 was 0.6% lower month-over-month and 0.2% below December 2019. The average sold price was $895,892 at an average PSF sales price of $1,018 (up 7% and 2%, respective- ly, month-over-month).
