The number of condo listings in West Vancouver decreased 33% between November and December, to 85, and were 7% lower vs December 2019. The 18 condo sales in December were 10% below last month but 100% higher vs last year. The sales-to-listings ratio increased to 21% in December, as West Vancouver’s condo market tran- sitioned to seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price was $1.10M in December, 0.3% above November and 8% higher year-over-year. The average sold price was $1.27M (up 2% vs November) and the average PSF sales price was $952 (1.8% below November).
