AF&PA Releases June 2026 Packaging Papers Monthly Report The American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA) has re- leased the June 2026 Packaging Papers Monthly report. Total packaging papers & specialty packaging ship- ments in June increased two percent compared to June 2025. They were up 6 percent when compared to the same six months of 2025. • The bleached packaging papers operating rate in- creased to 91.3 percent in June, the second highest rate in the last 13 months after 93.1 percent in March. • Shipments of unbleached bag & sack were up nearly 15 percent from last June, and up 7.7 percent year-to-date • Total inventories were down 4.4 percent compared to last June.
